As the co-founder of Miller & Vincent Properties, she passionate about assisting landlords to maximise their property returns while keeping their properties fully let and ensuring tenants receive the attention they deserve.
Her expertise spans property management and investment, with a particular focus on HMOs, Single-let family homes, Multiple unit blocks, and Portfolio management. She dedicated her time to building strong relationships with clients, offering a bespoke property and tenant management service that providing landlords with peace of mind.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sanchia is an international TEDx speaker, sharing her insights and experiences with a global audience. When she's not optimising landlord’s portfolios, Sanchia enjoys travelling, speaking at engagements and playing in active sport tournaments.
